About the News Feed

See everything going on in Retain on a single page.

The news feed is Retain’s central command. Your news feed will keep you up to date on events within your organization and act as your guide to increased retention and overall job satisfaction.

If new items are available for review within Retain, a red dot will appear above the bell located in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the bell icon to see the items.

When you click on the down arrow to the right of each event (the next page has a list of all possible news feed items), you open a drop-down that gives more details and a button with an action to take, depending on the type of notification.
