How To Register & Log In

Your reports are all in one easy-to-find location online in our My.Pinnacle portal. This article will walk you through the registration process and explain how to log in once you have registered.

 
Register for My.Pinnacle

Registering for My.Pinnacle

  1. Visit My.Pinnacl’s Register page through your browser window.

  2. Fill out the registration form.

  3. Click on the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA box.

  4. Press the “Sign me up!” button.

  5. An account manager will review the request, set permissions, and grant access to your reports during normal business hours. You’ll receive a “Registration Complete” email when your account is ready.

  6. Open the confirmation message in your email (it may go to your spam folder).

  7. Click “Confirm Email Address” in the body of the email. You’re done!

 
My.Pinnacle Login

Logging In Once You’re a My.Pinnacle User

Note: Have you received a Registration Complete email? If not, please see the instructions in the Registering for My.Pinnacle section above.

  1. Visit My.Pinnacle’s Login page through your browser window.

  2. Fill out your email address and secure password.

  3. Click “Remember me” if you want My.Pinnacle to remember your email address. Do not click this box if you are using a public computer.

  4. Click “Sign in!”
